About the event
I cordially invite you to this complimentary series of classes. Come to one or come to all. Join me at the Ministry of Dance brand new studio as I finalize my Level 4 Essentrics Instructor Certification. Classes will be one hour long and are required to be filmed. If you're available, bring an exercise mat and join me on the dance floor for some lengthening, strengthening, and rebalancing!
