About the event
- Essentrics is an equipment-free workout. All you need is a mat (and a water bottle is recommended).
- Dance Life Studio is located at Alon Town Center in the fountain plaza across from Myron's Prime Steakhouse.
- Come a few minutes early, relax in the plaza, meet your fellow classmates!
