About the event
Essentrics is a dynamic stretch and strengthening workout that rebalances the entire body to relieve pain, release stress, improve posture, and leave you feeling wonderful. All donations will help support research, treatment, and awareness for Amyloidosis, a rare and fatal disease that, when caught early enough, can be treated. We were not so fortunate. By the time our sister was properly diagnosed, it was too late. The healing balm for us is to be able to help others. We're excited for you to join us!
