An unbalanced body is a body prone to pain and injury. The slow deliberate movements of Essentrics mobilize our joints through their full range of motion as well as stretch and strengthen our muscles both concentrically and eccentrically in order to rebalance the body and keep our muscles strong, flexible, and healthy.
